2. Services
We provide website development, domain/hosting setup, mobile apps, digital marketing, ads management, video promotions, live streaming support, and related consulting. Scope is defined in the quotation or checkout package. Marketing claims (reach, timelines, “AI-driven”) describe typical capability, not a guaranteed result unless a written SLA says otherwise.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful content and access on time.
- Obtain rights for logos, photos, music and customer data you send us.
- Review drafts within the agreed window; silence after 7 days may be treated as approval.
4. Fees and taxes
Prices shown at checkout are in INR and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. If a GSTIN is published we will issue a tax invoice. Staged payments may be required. Non-payment may pause or terminate work. Third-party fees (domains, Play Store, ad spend) are extra unless listed.
5. Delivery and acceptance
Promotional packages are digital deliveries (creative + placement). “Work started” means we have begun creative, setup, or media booking after payment or a written go-ahead. Web/app projects are accepted when the agreed deliverables are staged or handed over, or 7 days after we notify completion if no material defect is reported.
6. Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools and libraries stay ours or their licensors’. Custom work transfers to you after full payment. We may show completed public work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
7. Liability
We are not liable for third-party outages, ad-platform policy changes, cyber incidents outside our control, or force majeure. Total liability is limited to fees you paid us for the affected service in the prior 90 days. No indirect or lost-profit damages.
8. Cancellation
See the Refund Policy. We may terminate for illegal content, abuse, or non-payment.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Material payment changes will not apply to orders already paid.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
