Privacy Policy
This notice is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. ACWS Global is the Data Fiduciary for this website.
1. What we collect
- Site forms: name, email, phone, message, service, budget, IP, user-agent.
- Payments: package, amount, coupon, email/phone you enter. Card/UPI secrets stay with PhonePe.
- Newsletter: email and consent timestamp. Confirmed only after you click the email link.
- Internships: Google-verified email, name, photo, CV, DOB, qualification, motivation. Applicants must be 18+.
- Cookies: session, CSRF, theme, cookie-choice. No third-party ad pixels from this site by default.
We do not ask for Aadhaar, passwords of other services, or card PANs.
2. Purpose and lawful basis
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver paid work, send newsletters you opted into, run internships, prevent abuse, and meet tax/legal duties. Basis: consent (forms, cookies, newsletter) and legitimate use to perform a contract you request.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share with processors only as needed: PhonePe (payments), Google (internship sign-in, optional analytics if enabled), email/SMTP host, and Hostinger hosting. Lawful requests from authorities may be complied with.
4. Retention
Leads and invoices: 8 years or as tax law requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Internship files: 24 months after a final decision unless law requires longer. Backups rotate on the host’s schedule.
5. Your rights (DPDP)

6. Children
This website and internship programme are for persons 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The BadlapurCity Android app is a general-audience city directory (Play rating 3+); its notice is at https://acws.in/badlapurcity-privacy.
7. Security
HTTPS, session cookies (HttpOnly), CSRF tokens, rate limits, and access-controlled admin. No method is 100% secure.
