Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Duplicate or failed payments where no service was delivered.
- Cancellation within 7 days of payment and before work started (see Terms §5).
- A service we cannot deliver for reasons solely on our side.
Non-refundable
- Completed or in-progress custom work, videos, and campaigns already booked or published.
- Domain, hosting, SSL, Play/App Store, and advertising spend paid to third parties.
- Monthly retainers for time already elapsed.
Process
Email info@acws.in with order/transaction id. Approved refunds go to the original method within 10 business days (banks may take longer). Chargebacks without contacting us first may pause other services.
Disputes
We try to resolve amicably, then mediation, then courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
